Potluck Invitations
A potluck needs two answers from every guest, whether they are coming and what they are bringing. Guests reply yes or no with a headcount and can leave a note saying which dish they have claimed, so you can see the spread taking shape without a separate signup sheet.
How it works
Add your title, date, time and location. You can do all of this before creating an account.
Type names in or paste a CSV. Every guest gets their own private link you can send by text, email or WhatsApp.
Yes or no, adults and kids counted separately, plus a note for you. Export the list any time.
Questions
Can guests say what dish they are bringing?
Yes. The optional message field on the RSVP form is where guests note their dish, and you see it next to their name in the guest list.
Can I see the full list of dishes?
Yes. The guest list shows every reply with its message, and exports to CSV if you want to sort it.
Can I share one link with a whole group?
Yes. The general event link works in a group chat or email thread, and guests add their own name.
Is it free?
Yes. No paid tier, no guest limit, no charge of any kind.
