Terms of Service

Welcome to Easy Evite. By using this service, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and in plain English.
1. The service is free
Easy Evite is free to use, with no paid tier, no subscription, and no advertising. We don't sell your contact list, your guests' contact lists, or any usage data. There is no upgrade button, because there is nothing to upgrade to.
2. Use it responsibly
- Only invite people you actually know — don't use Easy Evite to send unsolicited invitations.
- Don't use the service to send spam, phishing, harassment, or any unlawful content.
- Don't upload images you don't have permission to use.
- Don't try to break, probe, or overload the system. (If you find a security issue, please email us — see contact below.)
3. Your account
You sign in with your email or Google account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. If you sign in via Google, we receive your email address and name from Google so we can identify your account.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload (invitation images, guest lists, RSVP messages). You grant us only the limited permission needed to host and display that content to the guests you invite. You can delete your content at any time from your dashboard.
5. SMS sending (optional feature)
If you choose the "We send it for you" option to text invitations to guests, you confirm that:
- You have a personal relationship with each recipient and reason to believe they want this invitation.
- You have permission to share their phone number with us for the purpose of sending one invitation message.
- You will not send marketing or repeat messages through Easy Evite.
We send one SMS per guest unless you explicitly resend.
6. No warranty
Easy Evite is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Things may break. We try hard to keep RSVPs flowing reliably, but we can't guarantee zero downtime or that messages will always arrive on time. For a critical event, you should also keep your guest list and RSVPs somewhere outside Easy Evite (e.g. exported CSV) as a backup.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to $0, since the service is free.
8. Termination
You can delete your account and all your data anytime from your dashboard. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms (mainly: spam or abuse).
9. Changes
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we'll send a notice to your email.
