How far ahead should we send a company holiday party invitation?
Three to four weeks is the sweet spot for December parties. Calendars fill quickly after Thanksgiving, so late October or early November gives people time to plan.
Can we add our company logo?
Yes. Upload your own artwork as the invitation image and it becomes the design guests see when they open the envelope.
Is there a limit on how many colleagues we can invite?
No. Easy Evite is completely free with no guest limit, so a team of twelve and a company of six hundred cost the same, which is nothing.
Can people say they are bringing a plus one?
Yes. Guests enter how many adults and children are coming, so your catering count reflects partners and families.
